目的探索特殊复杂器械的清洗模式,有效控制清洗过程中的薄弱点,不断提升清洗质量。方法将回收的400件结构复杂、有干涸污渍的器械随机分为对照和实验组,每组各200件,对照组和试验组器械在进入全自动清洗机前,均采用在15~30℃温水中浸泡5 min,然后对照组用毛刷或牙刷刷洗,试验组采用用毛刷刷洗后,再用自动蒸汽清洗喷头冲洗,随后将2组器械均放入全自动清洗机中清洗,比较2种方法对复杂器械预处理后洁净度情况。结果试验组和对照组比较,清洗质量与效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用全自动清洗机之前,器械的预处理尤为重要,采用手工刷洗和自动蒸汽清洗装置相结合的方法能显著提高特殊器械的清洗效果。
Objective To explore the cleaning mode of special complex instruments, effectively control the weak points in the cleaning process and continuously improve the cleaning quality. Methods A total of 400 recovered devices with dry stains were randomly divided into control and experimental groups of 200 in each group. Before entering the automatic washing machine, the control and experimental devices were all heated in 15-30 ℃ warm water Soaked for 5 min, and then the control group with a brush or toothbrush scrub, the test group with a brush after brushing, then automatic steam cleaning nozzle rinse, then the two groups of equipment are fully automatic washing machine cleaning, comparing two Methods of complex equipment after pretreatment cleanliness. Results Compared with the control group, the quality and the effect of cleaning were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Prior to the use of fully automatic washing machines, pretreatment of instruments is particularly important. The combination of manual brushing and automatic steam cleaning can significantly improve the cleaning of special instruments.
