建立了果汁饮料中特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)4种抗氧化剂的高效液相色谱仪检测方法。果汁饮料经前处理后,由C18反相色谱柱进行分离,流动相A:1.5%乙酸水溶液,流动相B:乙腈,淋洗条件:流动相A、B按梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,进样量为10μL。TBHQ、PG、BHA、BHT的检测波长均为280 nm。该方法线性范围为2~200μg/mL,检测限为0.2μg/g,其相对标准偏差均小于10%,回收率为87.2%~109.8%。该方法能够准确、快速、灵敏地测定果汁饮料中的相关抗氧化剂。

After pretreatment, the juice beverage was separated on a C18 reversed-phase column. The mobile phase A was 1.5% aqueous acetic acid and mobile phase B was acetonitrile. The mobile phase A and B were eluted with a gradient of 1.0 ml / min , The injection volume of 10μL. The detection wavelength of TBHQ, PG, BHA and BHT are both 280 nm. The linear range of this method was 2 ~ 200μg / mL with the detection limit of 0.2μg / g. The relative standard deviations were less than 10% and the recoveries were 87.2% -109.8%. The method can accurately, quickly and sensitively measure the related antioxidants in fruit juice drinks.
