运用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件,对反应釜搅拌口附近应力进行了分析,结果表明,在搅拌口接管与上封头夹套连接处存在较大应力,但并未超过材料应力强度。同时对反应釜上封头进行了屈曲分析,封头失稳主要在夹套封头过渡圆部位,内筒体上封头不存在失稳问题,但所给载荷并未达到失稳条件。据此认为,反应釜上封头的厚度是满足设备使用要求的。
ANSYS WORKBENCH software was used to analyze the stress in the vicinity of the reaction vessel. The results showed that there was a large stress in the connection between the reaction vessel and the upper header, but it did not exceed the stress intensity of the material. At the same time, the buckling analysis of the head of the reactor was carried out. The head failure was mainly in the transition circle of the jacket head, but there was no destabilization problem in the head of the inner cylinder. However, the buckling of the head did not reach the destabilization condition. Accordingly, the thickness of the reactor head to meet the equipment requirements.
