班主任工作中要重视家庭教育对学生人格成长的影响分析

独生子女政策是我们的基本国策,一些家长实行的“小太阳”教育导致许多独生子女依赖心强,自理能力差,经不起挫折,“以我为中心”。这样的孩子一旦步入社会,面对错综复杂的现实生活或遇到大大小小的挫折,便会无所适从。本文从班主任工作中接触到的一些家庭教育问题入手,试图想通过探讨和分析家庭教育对学生人格形成的影响,让现代更多的父母以此为借鉴,能更多地关注子女个性的发展,关注教育的终极目的——人格完善。 The one-child policy is our basic national policy. This article starts with some family education problems exposed by the headteachers and attempts to find out more about the development of their individuality by exploring and analyzing the influence of family education on the formation of students’ personality and letting more parents use it as reference. Focus on the ultimate goal of education - perfect personality.
