独生子女政策是我们的基本国策,一些家长实行的“小太阳”教育导致许多独生子女依赖心强,自理能力差,经不起挫折,“以我为中心”。这样的孩子一旦步入社会,面对错综复杂的现实生活或遇到大大小小的挫折,便会无所适从。本文从班主任工作中接触到的一些家庭教育问题入手,试图想通过探讨和分析家庭教育对学生人格形成的影响,让现代更多的父母以此为借鉴,能更多地关注子女个性的发展,关注教育的终极目的——人格完善。 The one-child policy is our basic national policy.
