以VAc(醋酸乙烯酯)为硬单体、BA(丙烯酸丁酯)为软单体和A-174(γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)为功能性单体,以OP-10(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚)、SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)和反应型乳化剂DNS-86[烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵]为复合乳化剂,以乙二醇丁醚为成膜助剂,采用预乳化半连续滴加法制备了改性醋丙乳液。研究结果表明:当反应温度为80℃、w(成膜助剂)=5%(相对于乳液质量而言)、w(复合乳化剂)=4.5%和w(A-174)=4%~6%(均相对于总单体质量而言)时,制得的改性醋丙乳液具有相对最好的综合性能。
Using VAc (vinyl acetate) as hard monomer, BA (butyl acrylate) as soft monomer and A-174 (γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) as functional monomers, -10 (nonylphenol ethoxylates), SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) and the reactive emulsifier DNS-86 [allyloxy nonylphenol polyoxyethylene (10) ether ammonium sulfate] Agent, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether as a coalescent, the use of pre-emulsion semi-continuous addition of modified acrylic emulsion prepared. The results show that w (composite emulsifier) = 4.5% and w (A-174) = 4% ~ 5% when the reaction temperature is 80 ℃ and w 6% (both relative to the total monomer mass), the resulting modified vinegar-acrylic emulsion has the best overall performance.
