目的:探讨变应性鼻炎患者转录因子GATA-3和IL-12的表达及关系。方法:通过RT-PCR和ELISA检测37例变应性鼻炎患者和12例对照鼻黏膜组织中GATA-3和IL-12的表达。结果:PCR反应后变应性鼻炎患者和对照鼻黏膜组织中GATA-3相对密度分别为0.579±0.102和0.128±0.021;IL-12的含量分别为(53.7±12.3)ng/g和(121.9±20.4)ng/g;GATA-3与IL-12的表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.9324,P<0.05)。结论:变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜GATA-3表达增高与IL-12的异常表达有关。恢复或提高局部组织IL-12的表达,能抑制GATA-3表达的增高,改善变应性鼻炎的症状。
Objective: To investigate the expression of GATA-3 and IL-12 in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods: The expressions of GATA-3 and IL-12 in nasal mucosa of 37 patients with allergic rhinitis and 12 controls were detected by RT-PCR and ELISA. Results: The relative density of GATA-3 in allergic rhinitis patients and control nasal mucosa after PCR reaction were 0.579 ± 0.102 and 0.128 ± 0.021, respectively; the levels of IL-12 were (53.7 ± 12.3) ng / g and (121.9 ± 20.4) ng / g. There was a negative correlation between GATA-3 and IL-12 (r = -0.9324, P <0.05). Conclusion: The increased expression of GATA-3 in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis patients is related to the abnormal expression of IL-12. Restoring or enhancing the expression of IL-12 in local tissues can inhibit the increase of GATA-3 expression and improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
