准确获取煤层原始瓦斯压力是有效开展瓦斯预测和防治工作的重要技术保障。针对以往本煤层瓦斯压力测定过程中出现的一些问题,以及单一孔径封孔工艺的局限性,提出了本煤层测压的多级变径封孔方法,分析了其优缺点,并在成庄矿加以应用,在试验现场取得了较好效果,为更好地指导矿井下一步制定瓦斯综合治理措施提供了技术支持和依据。
Accurately obtaining the original gas pressure in coal seam is an important technical guarantee for effectively carrying out gas prediction and control work. Aiming at some problems occurred in the process of gas pressure measurement in this coal seam and the limitations of the single hole sealing technology, a multi-step variable-diameter sealing method for pressure measurement of the coal seam was proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of the method were analyzed. It has achieved good results at the test site and provided technical support and basis for better guiding the mine to make comprehensive gas control measures next.
