本研究首先比较了健康海参和患病初期糙海参的体腔细胞吞噬活性,发现正常健康糙海参吞噬率和吞噬指数变动范围分别在66%至10%之间(平均值为31%),0.7至0.1之间(平均值为0.45)。患病糙海参(化皮症感染初期)吞噬活性略低于健康海参,其吞噬率变动范围在38%至5%之间(平均值为24%),吞噬指数变动范围0.9至0.1之间(平均值为0.42),但随着病症加重,糙海参体腔细胞吞噬活性逐渐降低。然后对健康海参和患病初期糙海参投喂壳寡糖,发现壳寡糖可以提高细胞吞噬活性,且对健康糙海参效果更明显。
In this study, we first compared the phagocytic activity of healthy sea cucumbers and the diseased sea cucumbers in the initial stage. We found that the range of phagocytosis and phagocytosis of normal sea cucumbers were between 66% and 10% (average 31%), 0.7 and 0.1 (average of 0.45). Phagocytic activity was slightly lower in healthy sea cucumber than in healthy sea cucumbers, with varying degrees of phagocytosis ranging from 38% to 5% (mean 24%) and phagocytic index ranging from 0.9 to 0.1 ( Average 0.42), but with the aggravation of the disease, phagocytic activity of R. solani decreased gradually. Then chitosan oligosaccharides were fed to healthy sea cucumbers and rough sea cucumbers. It was found that chitooligosaccharides could increase the phagocytic activity of chitosan oligosaccharides, and the effect was more obvious for healthy sea cucumbers.
