维系好客户是进一步拓展客户市场的关键。笔者认为,邮政企业在培育新客户、维护老客户工作中,重点应该做好日常走访工作,细化走访程序,量化走访细节,消化客户需求。
Maintaining customers is the key to further expand the customer market. The author believes that the postal enterprises in nurturing new customers, maintaining customer service, the focus should be done daily visits, detailed visits program, quantify visit details, digest customer needs.
