研究了Fe3+对金橙G(OG)二级散射光谱的影响,发现Fe3+对OG的二级散射有增敏作用。进一步考察了Fe3+对OG二级散射光谱的增敏情况,并确定λex=331 nm,λem=662 nm为工作波长。二级散射增敏度(ΔISOS)与Fe3+质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,由此建立了测定Fe3+的新方法。Fe3+的线性范围0.010~1.40μg/mL,检出限为0.003μg/mL,加标回收率为95.9%~103.8%。方法已用于自来水和人发中痕量铁的测定。
The effect of Fe3 + on the second-order scattering of GGG was investigated. It was found that Fe3 + sensitized the secondary scattering of OG. Further investigation of the sensitization of Fe3 + to OG secondary scattering spectra and the determination of λex = 331 nm and λem = 662 nm as working wavelengths. The second-order scattering sensitivities (ΔISOS) showed a good linear relationship with the mass concentration of Fe3 +, and thus a new method for the determination of Fe3 + was established. The linear range of Fe3 + was 0.010 ~ 1.40μg / mL with the detection limit of 0.003μg / mL and the spiked recoveries ranged from 95.9% to 103.8%. The method has been applied to the determination of trace iron in tap water and human hair.
