一、超临界萃取技术介绍超临界萃取(简称 SFE)是一种物质分离高新技术。物质在超过其临界温度、临界压力时,为超临界流体状态,超临界流体的物理性质兼有液体的溶解度和气体的扩散性双重特性,它的物化性质,如密度、介电常数、溶解度等在临界点附近对温度和压力的变化十分敏感,利用上述特性可实现物质的萃取和分离。
