目的探讨GM(1,1)灰色模型在职业健康检查结果分析中应用的可行性,为职业病防制提供科学的参考数据。方法采用2009—2013年长沙市某大型企业在岗员工职业健康检查数据构建GM(1,1)模型,并进行模型评价。结果预测脂肪肝检出率、白细胞、心电图和尿常规异常检出率的4个GM(1,1)模型后验差比值C分别为0.38,0.34,0.32,0.40,小误差概率P均为1,拟合精度等级在合格以上。结论 GM(1,1)灰色模型可用于职业健康检查的预测分析。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of GM (1,1) gray model in the analysis of occupational health examination results and to provide scientific reference data for occupational disease prevention. Methods The GM (1,1) model was constructed from occupational health examination data of employees in a large scale in Changsha from 2009 to 2013 and the model was evaluated. Results The posterior difference ratios C of the four GM (1,1) models for predicting the detection rate of fatty liver, the detection rate of white blood cells, electrocardiogram and urine abnormality were 0.38,0.34,0.32,0.40 respectively, and the small error probability P was 1 , Fitting accuracy grade above qualified. Conclusion GM (1,1) gray model can be used to predict the occupational health examination.
