1988年,鞍钢二炼钢相继对1号及2号小方坯连铸机的出坯冷床进行了改造。改造后两个来冷床共发生了三次较大事故,连铸生产中断累计50余小时,经过深入研究分析,事故的主要原因是推钢机的液压系统设计失误和调整不当。 推钢机是小方坯连铸机在线主体设备之一,用它把辊道上的铸坯及时推至冷床。鞍钢小连铸采用摆动杠杆式液压推钢机如图1,由推头小车、摆杆、同步轴和液压缸等部件组成。
