在封闭功率流试验台上,对充分跑合的67型圆弧齿轮用0.2毫米的电阻应变片分别测得凸齿及凹齿的受拉侧及受压侧的齿根应力沿齿长的分布曲线,齿根应力与外载荷及螺旋角的关系。试验结果证明文献[1]中的齿根应力关系式(σ_F■/Y_FE′)=k(F_n■/m_n~2E′)~x是符合客观规律的。由测试数据用回归法得出了凸齿的和凹齿的、受拉侧和受压侧的指数值x及常数值k。这些公式可作为计算齿根应力的基本公式。
On the closed power flow test rig, the distribution of root stress along the tooth length on the tension side and the compression side of the convex teeth and the concave teeth was respectively measured on a 0.2 mm resistance strain gage with a 67 running circular arc gear fully running. The experimental results show that the root stress relation (σ_F / Y_FE ’) = k (F_n / m_n ~ 2E’) ~ x in [1] is in line with the objective law. From the test data, the index value x and the constant value k of the convex and concave teeth on the tension side and the compression side are obtained by regression method. These formulas can be used as the basic formula for calculating root stress.
