以某大型桥梁近接工程为背景,采用专业岩土工程有限元软件Plaxis,对钻孔灌注桩孔壁稳定性的影响因素进行了数值分析研究。研究结果表明:若无邻近老桩基影响,孔径、孔深、泥浆相对密度、护筒深度及成孔时间是钻孔灌注桩孔壁稳定的主要影响因素;在邻近老桩基的影响下,护筒保护和护筒穿越土层的合理深度是可以将两邻近桩基相互影响降到最低的保证。以上研究结果的应用可提高钻孔效率,并可有效控制超近距离建(构)筑物桩基施工的破坏性影响,保证施工安全。
Based on a large bridge abutment project, the finite element software Plaxis was used to analyze the influence factors of the hole wall stability of cast-in-place bored pile. The results show that the pore diameter, hole depth, mud relative density, casing depth and hole-forming time are the main factors affecting the stability of the hole wall of bored pile without adjacent pile foundation. Under the influence of the adjacent pile foundation, A reasonable depth of casing protection and casing penetration through the soil layer is a guarantee that the interaction between two adjacent pile foundations will be minimized. The application of the above research results can improve the drilling efficiency, and can effectively control the destructive influence of the pile foundation construction of super-close-distance structures and ensure the construction safety.
