某工程高大钢管混凝土柱因施工不当,柱顶出现较大偏位需纠偏修复。根据其结构特点,搭设托梁反顶修复平台并安装顶升设备,依据计算所得反顶预应力,对钢管混凝土柱进行托梁顶升卸载,再将其偏位段拆除并安装新钢管,采用高性能自密实注浆料灌注修复,待注浆料强度满足要求后,移除顶升设备及修复平台。托梁反顶修复过程中进行了结构变形的全过程监测,以保证施工质量及安全。因各方面准备充分且实施顺利,托梁纠偏取得了良好效果。
