目的了解天津市餐饮具集中消毒单位分布特征,探讨其卫生状况,改善和加强其卫生监督与管理。方法对全市取得工商营业执照的餐饮具集中消毒单位开展现场卫生学调查和消毒餐饮具卫生检测。结果餐饮具集中消毒单位共113家,全部分布在环城区县之中,现场卫生学调查合格率为84.1%,消毒餐饮具卫生检测合格率为93.8%。结论天津市餐饮具集中消毒单位整体卫生状况合格率较高,但企业普遍规模较小,自律意识未达到法规要求,仍存在着卫生安全隐患,应进一步加强管理,保障人民身体健康。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of centralized disinfection units of tableware in Tianjin, discuss its health status, and improve and strengthen its health supervision and management. Methods To carry out on-site hygiene investigation and sanitation test of disinfecting tableware on the centralized disinfection unit of tableware with business licenses of the city. Results A total of 113 tableware disinfection units were set up, all of which were distributed among the districts and counties in the city. The pass rate of on-site hygiene survey was 84.1% and the pass rate of sanitary test of disinfection tableware was 93.8%. Conclusion The overall sanitary conditions of concentrated tableware disinfection units in Tianjin have a high pass rate. However, the scale of enterprises is generally small and the awareness of self-discipline fails to meet the requirements of laws and regulations. There are still health and safety risks and should be further strengthened to ensure people’s health.
