用不同剂量~(60)C_0γ射线对聚合草花药愈伤组织处理的结果表明,一定的照射量能够提高胚性细胞团的形成率和突变率。照射后分化的植株出现各种变异,其中有肉质叶和叶柄变短等有利变异。处理后分化的单倍体植株不开花,花期叶片的含氮量提高3.4%。
The results of callus treatment with different dosages of ~ (60) C_0γ-rays showed that certain irradiation dose can improve the formation rate and mutation rate of embryogenic cell lumps. Differences were observed in the differentiated plants after irradiation, among which were the favorable variations such as fleshy and petiole shortening. Differentiated haploid plants did not flowering after treatment, and the nitrogen content of flowering leaves increased by 3.4%.
