本文研究了预拉伸变形度(ε:0 ~5 % ) 对高纯硬铝2224 —T3510 挤压型材组织性能的影响。结果证明,型材淬火后进行预拉伸变形不仅能消除淬火残余应力,而且对显微组织和力学性能也有一定影响。当ε= 1 % ~3 % 时,国产型材时效后的力学性能完全能达到美国波音公司材料标准BMS7 —225C 的规定值,但未预拉伸的型材,σ0 .2 则略低于标准值,而ε> 3 % 或达到5 % 的型材,延伸率δ(10 .8 % ) 则降到12% 以下,达不到标准规定值。预拉伸变形过程中形成的位错,有利于非共格析出相S’或θ’的析出,因而有提高型材时效硬化效果的作用。
In this paper, the effect of pretension deformation (ε: 0 ~ 5%) on the microstructure and properties of high-purity ductile aluminum 2224-T3510 extruded profiles was studied. The results show that pre-tensile deformation after quenching can not only eliminate quenching residual stress, but also to the microstructure and mechanical properties have a certain impact. When ε = 1% ~ 3%, the mechanical properties of domestic profiles after aging can meet the requirements of the United States Boeing material standard BMS7 -225C, but not pre-stretched profiles, σ0. 2 slightly lower than the standard value, and ε> 3% or up to 5% of the profile, the elongation δ (10 .8%) fell below 12%, below the standard value. The dislocations formed during the prestretch deformation are conducive to the precipitation of the non-coherent precipitates S ’or θ’ and therefore have the effect of increasing the age hardening effect of the profile.
