目的探讨HBsAg下降速率在抗病毒治疗中的意义。方法选择2008年10月—2010年10月在我院接受核苷类药物抗病毒治疗的52例慢性乙型肝炎患者,用化学发光法检测HBsAg,实时荧光定量PCR法检测HBVDNA。观察24周时HBsAg下降速率与48周时HBV DNA水平的关系。结果 HBsAg下降速率明显组(HBsAg下降速率大于50%)HBV DNA低于检测下线率明显高于HBsAg下降速率不明显组?HBsAg下降速率小于50%?,P<0.05。结论 24周时HBsAg下降速率大于50%可以很好的预测48周时抗病毒疗效,应重视对HBsAg水平的检测。
Objective To investigate the significance of the rate of decline of HBsAg in antiviral therapy. Methods 52 patients with chronic hepatitis B who received nucleoside antiviral therapy in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2010 were tested for HBsAg by chemiluminescence assay and HBVDNA by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The relationship between the rate of HBsAg decline at 24 weeks and HBV DNA level at 48 weeks was observed. Results The rate of decline of HBsAg in HBsAg group was significantly lower than that in HBsAg group (HBsAg decrease> 50%). The rate of HBsAg decrease was less than 50%, P <0.05. Conclusion At 24 weeks, the rate of decline of HBsAg greater than 50% can well predict the effect of antiviral therapy at 48 weeks. The detection of HBsAg should be emphasized.
