为了探讨微量元素对血脂代谢的影响.方法 本文对31例6~12岁单纯性肥胖儿童和31例正常健康儿童血脂、载脂蛋白及血清锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)进行了检测,并对其进行多元线性回归分析处理.结果 与正常对照组相比,肥胖组血TG、vLDL-C、Apo B_(100)及血清Zn水平显著升高,血HDL-C水平显著降低;血TC、LDL-C、ApoAT及血清Cu、Fe水平两组间无显著性差异.对于肥胖儿童、血清Zn水平与血HDL-C呈显著负相关;Cu与HDL-C呈显著正相关,与Apo B_(100)呈显著负相关;Fe与HDL-C呈正相关.结论 单纯性肥胖儿童血脂及载脂蛋白与血清Zn、Cu、Fe密切相关,微量元素稳态失调在其脂代谢紊乱发生中可能起着一定作用.
In order to investigate the effect of trace elements on blood lipid metabolism.Methods The serum lipids, apolipoproteins and serum zinc, copper, iron (Fe) in 31 children aged 6-12 years and 31 normal healthy children Were detected and analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis.Results Compared with the control group, the level of serum TG, vLDL-C, Apo B_ (100) and serum Zn in obesity group were significantly increased and the level of serum HDL-C was significantly higher , There was no significant difference between serum TC, LDL-C, ApoAT and serum Cu, Fe levels.For obese children, there was a significant negative correlation between serum Zn level and serum HDL-C, and Cu and HDL-C , But negatively correlated with Apo B_ (100); Fe was positively correlated with HDL-C.Conclusion The levels of lipids and apolipoproteins in children with simple obesity are closely related to serum Zn, Cu and Fe, and the steady- Occurrence may play a role.
