为了提升安装于液压支架尾梁放煤口的负压除尘器的除尘能力,采用理论分析与计算机模拟相结合的方法对负压除尘器进行优化。确定了目标函数和需要优化的参数;建立了负压除尘器的三维模型并进行网格划分,运用Fluent分析软件进行数值模拟,得到了流场压力与速度的分布情况,求得除尘效果最佳时射流速度与引射筒直径的最佳组合参数,为负压除尘器的最佳设计方案提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the dust removal capability of the negative pressure precipitator installed on the coal mine tail opening, the negative pressure precipitator is optimized by the combination of theoretical analysis and computer simulation. The objective function and the parameters to be optimized are determined. The three-dimensional model of the negative pressure dust collector is established and meshed. Fluent analysis software is used to simulate the distribution of pressure and velocity in the flow field. When the jet speed and the diameter of the barrel combination of the best parameters for the optimal design of negative pressure dust catcher provides a theoretical basis.
