目的了解株洲市男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)的艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、行为特征、安全套使用和HIV感染等情况,为在该人群开展有针对性的干预提供科学依据。方法采用“滚雪球”的方法对辖区内129名MSM开展一对一匿名问卷调查,使用SPSS 18.0进行资料统计分析。结果 129名MSM人群的平均年龄为(26.7±8.4)岁,其中30岁以下者占75.9%,且大部分为未婚者,大专及以上学历者占42.6%。MSM人群中HIV阳性者10人,感染率为7.75%,其中有过“O”角色史的MSM人群感染率是“1”角色者的两倍。对艾滋病防治知识知晓率为71.32%,不同文化程度MSM人群的近6个月同性行为中的安全套使用情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。已婚MSM人群在同性性行为时每次使用安全套率要低于未婚人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIV在MSM人群中的流行日趋严重并有通过异性婚姻和低年龄性交向一般人群传播的可能。此外,该人群的安全套使用率较低,存在知识和行为分离现象。故开展针对性MSM人群艾滋病干预工作是今后艾滋病防控重点。
Objective To Zhuzhou City, MSM (men who have sex with men, MSM) in the case of AIDS related knowledge, behavior characteristics, condom use and HIV infection, in order to carry out in the crowd targeted interventions provide a scientific basis. Methods A one-to-one anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted on 129 MSMs in the area using the “Snowball” method, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0. Results The average age of 129 MSM patients was (26.7 ± 8.4) years old, of which 75.9% were below 30 years of age, most of whom were unmarried persons and 42.6% of them had college education or above. In the MSM population, 10 were HIV-positive, with an infection rate of 7.75%, of whom MSM with a history of “” characters had double the infection rate of “1” characters. The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and treatment was 71.32%. There was significant difference in condom use between same-sex behaviors in the 6 months MSM population of different educational level (P <0.05). The rate of condom use in married MSM group was lower than that of unmarried group in same-sex behavior, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion HIV is becoming more prevalent in MSM population and may spread to the general population through heterosexual marriage and low age sexual intercourse. In addition, there is a low rate of condom use in this population and there is a separation of knowledge and behavior. Therefore, it is the focus of HIV / AIDS prevention and control to carry out AIDS intervention in targeted MSM population.
