为了从细胞因子的角度探讨中药复方乳炎消防治奶牛临床型乳房炎在免疫方面的作用机制,试验采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的变化。结果表明:使用乳炎消治疗奶牛临床型乳房炎可以明显提高IL-2的含量,有效降低IL-1β和TNF-α的含量。说明乳炎消对细胞因子具有调节作用,能够抑制促炎性因子的分泌,增强抗炎性细胞因子的分泌。 In order to explore the mechanism of immune function of clinical mastitis in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) cream for preventing and treating cows from the perspective of cytokine, serum interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-2 1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were measured. The results showed that the clinical treatment of clinical mastitis can reduce the content of IL-2 and decrease the contents of IL-1β and TNF-α. This shows that the anti-inflammatory cytokines have a regulatory role, can inhibit the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines, enhance the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines.
