实行公交优先是缓解城市道路交通压力的重要手段,鼓励居民公交出行的同时必须提升公共交通的服务水平,公共交通服务评价可为其提供依据。本文首先建立了公共交通服务评价指标体系;然后以居民对北京市公共交通服务的心理感知为潜在变量,构建了潜在因素因果关系模型与公交总体服务评价模型;基于调查问卷所得数据,利用AMOS软件对模型参数进行拟合与评价;最后,经过模型修正,得到适配度最优的模型。研究表明,对北京市公共交通总体服务的量化评分为2.89分,乘客的满意度较低,迅捷性与准时性的影响权重最大。
The implementation of bus priority is an important measure to alleviate the pressure on urban road traffic. It is necessary to encourage residents to travel on public transport while improving the service level of public transport. Evaluation of public transport services can provide the basis for this. First of all, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of public transport services. Then, based on the residents' perception of public transport services in Beijing as potential variables, this paper constructs a causal relationship model of potential factors and bus service evaluation model. Based on the data from the questionnaire, Fitting and evaluating the model parameters; finally, after the model is modified, the optimal fitness model is obtained. The research shows that the quantitative rating of the overall public transportation service in Beijing is 2.89 points, the satisfaction of the passengers is low, and the influence of swiftness and punctuality is the most important.
