激励机制是通过特殊的管理方法,使员工对任务的承诺实现最大化。激励机制包括很多方面,例如,荣誉激励、精神激励、工作激励、精神激励等等。而小学学校管理中的激励机制是指通过调控充分发挥学校的行政管理职能,将有利于教师及学校发展的条件作用到教师的群体里,激励教师,让其能够互相影响、互相促进,以达到共同的目标。建立有效的学校激励机制能培养优质高素质的教师,也能保证小学教育的成功。
Incentives are designed to maximize employee commitment to the mission through special management methods. Incentives, including many aspects, such as honor incentives, mental stimulation, work incentives, spiritual incentives and so on. The incentive mechanism in primary school management refers to the regulation and control to give full play to the school’s administrative functions, teachers and schools will be conducive to the development of the conditions of the role of teachers in the community, encourage teachers to allow each other to influence and promote each other in order to achieve common goal.
