针对目前海上油田分采分注管柱由于使用时间的增加以及后续频繁的起下管柱作业导致的井下密封筒磨损,而常规的密封工具不足以弥补井下密封筒受到的损伤情况,因此设计了一种新型的可重复起下作业的密封工具。首先,介绍了此插入密封工具的结构设计与工作原理,然后对其进行坐封、验封及解封等相关试验,结果证明设计的新型插入密封工具满足插入密封的技术指标要求,并能在有缺陷的密封筒里实现有效密封的功能。
