目的 :探讨 HLD、HBDH检测在贫血病人中的意义。方法 :采用贝克曼全自动生化分析仪、随机配套试剂、标准程序进行检测。结果 :在 74例贫血病人中 ,巨幼红细胞贫血( MA)患者 L DH及 HBDH明显增高达 4~ 1 0倍 ,缺铁性贫血 ( IDA)病人增高 1~ 2倍 ;再生障碍性贫血 ( AA)病人与正常对照无显著差异 ;随着治疗后 HB的上升 HLD及 HBDH活性下降 ,且 HL D与 HBDH的水平呈高度相关一致性。结论 :HL D、HBDH对三种贫血的鉴别诊断及其治疗效果及预后判定有一定临床意义
Objective: To investigate the significance of HLD and HBDH in anemia patients. Methods: Beckman automatic biochemical analyzer, random matching reagents, standard procedures for testing. Results: In 74 patients with anemia, L DH and HBDH were significantly increased 4 to 10 times in patients with megaloblastic anemia (MA) and 1 to 2 times higher in patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Patients with aplastic anemia (AA ) Patients had no significant difference from the normal control; HLD and HBDH activity decreased with the increase of HB after treatment, and the levels of HL D and HBDH were highly correlated. Conclusions: The differential diagnosis of HL D and HBDH to the three kinds of anemia and its therapeutic effect and prognosis have certain clinical significance
