目的:观察通痹合剂对大鼠血象、肝肾功能及组织的影响。方法:18只成熟雄性SD大鼠,随机分成两组,每组9只:对照组喂服生理盐水10mL.kg-1.d-1,给药组喂服合剂30g.kg-1.d-1,60天后处死。检测血WBC、RBC、HBG、PLT、ALT、AST、ALB、BUN、Cr含量。光镜观察肝、肾组织形态学变化。结果:给药组血WBC、RBC、HBG、PLT、ALT、AST、ALB、BUN、Cr含量与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。光镜下给药组肝肾组织未见异常变化。结论:一定剂量的通痹合剂对大鼠的血液系统、肝肾功能及组织无毒副作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of tongbi mixture on blood, liver and kidney function and tissue in rats. Methods: Eighteen mature male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups with 9 rats in each group: the control group was fed with normal saline 10mL.kg-1.d-1, the administration group was fed with the mixture of 30g.kg-1.d- 1,60 days after sacrifice. The blood levels of WBC, RBC, HBG, PLT, ALT, AST, ALB, BUN and Cr were detected. Light microscope observation of liver and kidney morphological changes. Results: There was no significant difference in the levels of WBC, RBC, HBG, PLT, ALT, AST, ALB, BUN and Cr in the administration group compared with the control group (P> 0.05). There was no abnormal change in liver and kidney tissues under light microscope. Conclusion: Certain doses of Tongbi Mixture have no toxic and side effects on the blood system, liver and kidney functions and tissues in rats.
