黄山毛峰的自然条件和采制及品质规格初步探讨采用毛茶标准样和加工贸易样来作为收购和加工标准,仅有实物依据而无文字解释。为了提高制茶质量,使茶叶加工科学化、标准化并用文字表达。笔者根据省标准计量局下达的“拟定黄山毛峰品质规格和技术标准试验”课题,进行了两年试验。现初步总结如下:
