用原子吸收光谱法测定胃癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌组织及癌症旁组织和同体正常组织中铬、锰、锌、铁、铜和钙的含量.结果,在胃癌组织中锌的含量比癌旁组织、同体正常组织少,铜的含量比正常组织多,其余5种元素的含量在这3个组织之间比较无明显差异;在大肠癌症组织中锰、镁的含量比癌旁组织多,其他5种元素的含量在这3个组织之间无明显差异;在乳腺癌组织中铬、锰和铁的含量比正常组织多,锌、镁、钙的含量比其同体正常组织和癌旁组织多.铜的含量在这3个组织中比较无明显差异.胃癌、大肠癌及乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织和同体正常组织中,上述7种元素的含量是不同的,特别是在乳腺癌组织中除铜以外的6种元素的含量都比正常组织多.
The content of chromium, manganese, zinc, iron, copper and calcium in gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer tissues, para-cancer tissues and normal tissues were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. As a result, the content of zinc in gastric cancer tissues was less than that in adjacent tissues and normal tissues, and the content of copper was more than that in normal tissues. The contents of the other five elements were not significantly different among the three tissues; in colon cancer tissues The content of manganese and magnesium was more than that of adjacent tissues. There was no significant difference in the contents of other five elements between the three tissues. In breast cancer tissues, the contents of chromium, manganese, and iron were higher than those in normal tissues, and zinc, magnesium, and calcium were found. Its content is more than its normal normal tissues and adjacent tissues. There was no significant difference in copper content between the three tissues. The contents of these seven elements were different in gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and breast cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal tissues. In particular, the content of six elements other than copper in breast cancer tissues was higher than normal tissues.
