薪酬改革作为医院管理体制创新改革中的重要环节,起到了巨大的推动作用。文章总结了医院薪酬制定的基本原则与主要方法,指出医院改革新形势下薪酬改革的基本思路。医院薪酬体系的制定不仅要适应目前国家推行的相关改革政策与要求,而且还要有利于激励体制的形成,推动医院和谐、健康、稳定的不断向前发展。
As an important link in the innovation and reform of hospital management system, remuneration reform has played a huge role in promoting. The article summarizes the basic principles and main methods of hospital salary development, and points out the basic idea of salary reform under the new situation of hospital reform. The formulation of the hospital pay system should not only meet the relevant reform policies and requirements of the current countries, but also be conducive to the formation of an incentive system to promote the harmonious, healthy and stable development of the hospital.
