白细胞介素17(IL-17)、信号转导和转录激活因子(STAT)3及存活蛋白(Survivin)基因与甲状腺乳头状癌关系密切,在癌细胞的发生、发展及转移过程中发挥着重要作用。 IL-17可引起STAT-3的异常活化,异常活化的STAT-3最终引起凋亡抑制基因Survivin表达增加,使得细胞凋亡过程受阻、细胞异常增生,最终引起细胞发生癌变。通过IL-17、STAT-3及 Survivin基因在甲状腺乳头状癌中的研究,可为甲状腺乳头状癌发病机制及治疗提供新的思路。“,”IL-17,STAT-3 and survivin gene are closely associated with thyroid papillary carcinoma, playing an important role in the occurrence,development and metastasis in of cancer cells.IL-17 can cause the abnormal activation of STAT-3,which eventually cause increased expression of apoptosis suppressor gene survivin,frustrating process of cell apoptosis,resulting in abnormal cell proliferation caused carcinogenesis. The research of IL-17 ,STAT-3 and survivin gene in thyroid papillary carcinoma can provide some new ideas for the pathogenesis and treatment.
