目的：观察参葛颗粒对实验性糖尿病大鼠视网膜超微结构的影响。方法：腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病大鼠模型,按随机数字表单盲法分为模型组、治疗组及对照组,每组各11只,另取10只为正常组。对照组以羟苯磺酸钙（175 mg.kg-1）灌服,每日1次;治疗组以参葛颗粒（7.5 g.kg-1）灌服,每日1次;正常组、模型组以生理盐水2 mL灌服,每日1次。观察各组大鼠血糖、尿糖及电镜下视网膜超微结构的变化。结果：糖尿病大鼠血糖、尿糖始终高于正常组（P〈0.05）,其中模型组最高,治疗组最低。电镜下,模型组随着病程的延长
