通过对半球形壳体类零件旋压成形过程进行分析,提出了半球形壳体两模法旋压工艺路线,通过制作模具,最终旋压获得了满足尺寸要求的半球形壳体。对钢、钛、紫铜、纯银等材料半球形壳体进行旋压验证并获得成功。结果表明:两模法用于半球形、偏心半球、椭球形等薄壁壳体类零件的旋压,能减少壳体口部金属旋压变形次数,减小加工硬化,有利于提高壳体最终尺寸精度。采用预制冲压板坯结合尾顶的合理使用,当芯模转速为150~250 r·min-1,旋轮进给比为1~3 mm·r-1时能获得较好的旋压件表面质量。
By analyzing the spinning process of the hemispherical shell parts, a two-mold spinning process of the hemispherical shell was proposed.
