设计一种蛇形管复合抛物面聚光太阳集热器,以该集热器为研究对象,建立数学模型,编制模拟计算程序,并通过实验验证此模型的准确性和可靠性。以集热器瞬时效率为评价指标,研究集热器关键结构参数和运行参数对集热器性能的影响。结果表明:集热器的瞬时效率随着接收器管长的增加而降低,随着雷诺数的增大而增加;当管径保持不变时,存在最佳复合抛物槽开口宽度使集热器瞬时效率达到最大。此模拟结果可为该集热器的设计和优化提供参考依据。
A kind of serpentine tube parabolic concentrating solar collector is designed. Taking the collector as the research object, a mathematical model is established, a simulation calculation program is prepared, and the accuracy and reliability of the model are verified through experiments. Taking the instantaneous efficiency of the collector as the evaluation index, the influence of the key structural parameters and operating parameters of the collector on the performance of the collector is studied. The results show that the instantaneous efficiency of the collector decreases with the increase of the receiver tube length and increases with the increase of the Reynolds number. When the tube diameter remains the same, there exists the optimal width of the composite parabolic slot opening so that the collector Instantaneous efficiency to achieve the maximum. The simulation results can provide a reference for the design and optimization of the collector.
