在召开大型会议时,由于就餐人员集中,使接待单位的工作量相应增大。如何使与会代表吃上干净、放心、卫生的食品一直是我们食品卫生监督工作的重点内容之一。为此,加强大型会议的食品卫生监督就尤为重要。自1993年我省实行食品卫生分级管理以来,为了保证食品卫生及与会人员的身体健康,每逢大型会议,我们都指派经验丰富的食品卫生监督员驻会,现场监督指导。共接受50余次大型会议的食品卫生监督任务,未出现任何差错。现将几年来的工作情况和体会做
