氟西汀为选择性5-羟色胺再摄取制剂,用于治疗抑郁症和强迫症,其对心脏的毒性作用主要表现为心律失常,尖端扭转型室性心动过速,QT间期延长综合征以及严重心脏损伤,甚至死亡。氟西汀引起心脏不良反应的机制目前尚无定论。氟西汀与经CYP2D6酶代谢的药物联用可发生相互作用导致心脏不良反应。临床医师对心血管疾病患者、女性患者及老年患者使用氟西汀应谨慎,必要时,可用心电图进行监测。
Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake preparation for the treatment of depression and obsessive compulsive disorder. Its toxic effects on the heart mainly include arrhythmia, torsades de pointes, QT prolongation syndrome and Serious heart damage, even death.
