建立了基于析出、回复和再结晶之间交互作用的低碳含铌钢组织预测模型,用于模拟低碳含铌钢热轧道次间隔期间粗晶奥氏体的再结晶及析出行为,并讨论了模型在绘制低碳含铌钢的再结晶-析出-时间-温度(RPTT)图中的应用.结果表明,模型对两种低碳含铌钢在热变形道次间隔期间内粗晶奥氏体的组织演变过程的模拟结果与测试数据符合较好,可以有效预测不同低碳含铌钢在不同工艺条件下的析出和再结晶行为.
A predictive model of low carbon Nb steel based on the interaction between precipitation, recovery and recrystallization was established to simulate the recrystallization and precipitation behavior of austenite during the inter-sub-interval of hot rolling of low carbon Nb steel. The application of the model to the recrystallization-precipitation-time-temperature (RPTT) diagram of low carbon Nb-bearing steels was discussed. The results show that the model is suitable for the cold- The simulation results of the microstructure evolution of the body conform well with the test data, which can effectively predict the precipitation and recrystallization behavior of different low carbon Nb-bearing steels under different technological conditions.
