为提高背负式S弯进气道的静态和低速性能,设计了一种外开式辅助进气门,研究了外开式辅助进气门的可行性,确定了主次流掺混位置、辅助进气最小流通面积和辅助进气流通通道等主要设计参数,对具体方案进行了CFD计算和风洞试验验证。结果表明,静止状态下,辅助进气门打开时进气道性能有明显提高,总压恢复系数提高2%以上,综合畸变指数W值降低2%左右;高速状态下,辅助进气门关闭,进气道性能相对于无辅助进气门时变化不大,证明辅助进气门关闭时对进气道性能影响很小,这种外开式辅助进气门基本可行。
In order to improve the static and low-speed performance of the knuckle-inlet of the knapsack type S, an open-type auxiliary intake valve was designed and the feasibility of the open-type auxiliary intake valve was studied. The minimum flow area of intake air and the auxiliary air intake flow path, and other major design parameters of the specific programs were CFD calculations and wind tunnel test validation. The results show that when the auxiliary intake valve is open, the performance of the intake port is obviously improved, the total pressure recovery coefficient is increased by more than 2% and the comprehensive distortion index W value is reduced by about 2%. Under the high speed condition, the auxiliary intake valve is closed, Compared with the non-auxiliary intake valve, the performance of the intake port has little change, which proves that the performance of the auxiliary intake valve has little effect on the intake port performance.
