研究了二次退火对工业冷轧纯钛微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,二次退火对提高工业纯钛塑性加工性能具有重要作用。发现对出厂态冷轧纯钛带进行二次退火后晶粒尺度基本保持不变,而孪晶数量随退火温度的升高而增加。低于650℃对纯钛带进行退火处理后其屈服强度和抗拉强度基本不变,高于650℃对纯钛带进行退火处理其屈服强度明显下降;710℃×30 min二次退火能够在不改变工业纯钛抗拉强度的前提下明显降低其屈服强度,提高其断后延伸率,获得优异的加工性能。
The effect of secondary annealing on the microstructure and mechanical properties of industrial cold rolled pure titanium was investigated. The results show that secondary annealing plays an important role in improving the plastic processing properties of industrial pure titanium. It is found that the grain size of the as-cast cold-rolled pure titanium strip remains unchanged after secondary annealing, and the number of twins increases with the annealing temperature. The yield strength and tensile strength of the pure titanium band after annealing were lower than 650 ℃. The yield strength of pure titanium band after annealing was lower than 650 ℃. The secondary annealing at 710 ℃ × 30 min Under the premise of not changing the tensile strength of industrial pure titanium, its yield strength is obviously reduced, its elongation at break is increased, and excellent processing performance is obtained.
