采用红细胞C_(3b)受体花环试验和肿瘤红细胞花环试验,检测了乌贼墨对正常人和肿瘤病人红细胞C(3b)受体活性及红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力的影响。结果显示,乌贼墨对正常人和肿瘤病人红细胞C_(3b)受体具有明显的激活作用,乌贼墨浓度为10％时激活作用最强;乌贼墨能明显增强正常人和肿瘤人红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞的能力,乌贼墨浓度为10％时,其增强作用最明显。提示乌贼墨的抗肿瘤作用与其激活红细胞的免疫粘附功能有关。
Red blood cell C_(3b) receptor rosette test and tumor red blood cell rosette test were used to examine the effects of sepia ink on erythrocyte C(3b) receptor activity and red blood cell immune adhering tumor cell capacity in normal and cancer patients. The results showed that sepia ink had a significant activation effect on red blood cell C3b receptors in normal and cancer patients, and the activation was the strongest when the sepia ink concentration was 10%; Sepia ink significantly enhanced red blood cell immune adherence in normal and tumor patients. The ability of tumor cells, the squid ink concentration of 10%, the most significant enhancement. It is suggested that the anti-tumor effect of sepia ink is related to its immune-adhesion function of activating red blood cells.
