高掺量RAP厂拌热再生混合料在国内首次应用于高速公路工程。研究采用车辙试验、GTM设计方法和单轴贯入试验3种方法,评价AC-25和AC-20高掺量RAP厂拌热再生混合料的高温稳定性能。研究发现热再生混合料具有其固有和特有的规律,即热再生混合料动稳定度与混合沥青针入度计算值具有良好的线性关系。3种试验结果均表明热再生混合料比普通沥青混合料具有更优异的高温稳定性能。
High-volume RAP plant mix hot recycled mixture in the country for the first time used in highway engineering. Three methods of rutting test, GTM design and uniaxial penetration were adopted to evaluate the high temperature stability of hot mixes with high content of AC-25 and AC-20. The study found that the heat-reclaimed mixture has its inherent and unique laws, that is, the dynamic stability of the mixture and the calculated value of mixed asphalt penetration has a good linear relationship. The results of the three tests show that the hot recycled mixture has more excellent high temperature stability than the ordinary asphalt mixture.
