用火焰原子吸收分光光度法分析了24只(10♂♂,14♀♀)野生金丝猴被毛中锌、钙、铜和铁的含量,雄性金丝猴的平均值分别为253.96,645.62,10.9,101.23(以上数值分别×10~(-6)),雌性的平均值为221.58,616.40,7.98,91.08(分别×10(-6))。雌雄毛发中锌含量有显著性差异,钙、铜、铁无显著差异。钙、铜、铁与锌的比值雌雄很接近,雄性毛发中Ca/Zn,Cu/Zn,Fe/Zn的比值分别为2.54,0.04,0.40,雌性的比值为2.78,0.04和0.41。金丝猴背部长毛与腹部绒毛中锌、钙、铜、铁的含量无显著差异。
The contents of zinc, calcium, copper and iron in the coat of 24 wild golden monkey (10♂♂, 14♀♀) were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The average value of male golden monkey was 253.96, 645.62, 10.9, 101.23 The above values were respectively × 10 ~ (-6)). The average females were 221.58, 616.40, 7.98, 91.08 (× 10 (-6) respectively). There was a significant difference in zinc content between male and female hair, with no significant difference between calcium, copper and iron. The ratio of Ca, Cu, Fe and Zn was very close to that of male and female. The ratios of Ca / Zn, Cu / Zn and Fe / Zn in male hair were 2.54, 0.04 and 0.40 respectively, while the ratio of females was 2.78, 0.04 and 0.41. There was no significant difference in the contents of zinc, calcium, copper and iron in the hair of the golden monkey and the hair of the abdomen.
