广东省人民政府作出改进糖蔗收购政策,实行按质论价的决定,要求在1982/83年榨季,在全省范围内普遍试行。为了使该项工作能顺利开展,广东省甘蔗质量标准工作组,经过调查研究,吸取省内外试行甘蔗论价的经验,根据本省历年甘蔗糖份的实绩,和各地区自然条件,制订出广东省甘蔗质量标准和按质论价实施办法。现将广东省甘蔗质量标准和按质论价实施办法刊登供参阅。——编者 The Guangdong Provincial People’s Government made the decision to improve the sugar cane acquisition policy and implement the decision on the quality of the price, requiring that the 1982/83 crop season be generally tried out within the province.
