目的:充分利用廊坊市妇幼保健信息系统网络平台,提高对儿童先天性心脏病(CHD)的筛查人数和筛查质量,对筛查出的阳性患儿进行及时的救治,以降低CHD患儿的死亡率;同时为当地政府决策提供可靠依据。方法:制定儿童CHD筛查技术服务规范和工作实施方案,利用廊坊市建立的市、县、乡三级信息筛查网络平台、采用望诊、听诊初筛,彩色多普勒超声心动图确诊,计算该地区CHD发病率、各类CHD发病率、治愈率等指标进行筛查评价。结果:通过三级信息网络共筛查35 453例婴儿,发现815例CHD患儿,CHD发病率为2.299%,CHD死亡率为4.23%,治愈存活率为95.77%。结论:通过妇幼保健信息系统网络平台提高了CHD患儿的发现率,CHD阳性患儿得到及时、有效的救治,降低了CHD患儿的死亡率。

Conclusion: The detection rate of children with CHD was improved through the maternal and child health information system network platform, and the CHD-positive children were treated timely and effectively, which reduced the mortality of children with CHD.
