针对工程机械随机振动引起的电气系统故障,利用加速度测试等手段,在各种工况下采集工程机械的路谱数据,结合工况以及振动测试标准的要求,通过等效加速试验的处理方法,由路谱数据得到工程机械电气系统振动测试平台所需要的各方向参考谱数据,将上述数据直接输入到电气系统振动测试平台的控制仪,对待测电气系统进行随机振动测试。试验发现,通过振动试验得到的电气系统故障与工程机械自身产生的电气故障基本一致。
