我科于1971～1979年对10例经过多次手术的多发性鼻息肉采用群针与间动电流治疗。10例鼻息肉均逐渐变小、回缩,最后完全消央。经1～8年随访,迄今未见复发生长。兹将治疗方法与临床观察作一介绍。一、治疗方法在每一个鼻息肉上,用3寸长针灸针4～5根,先后刺入息肉实体内。刺入深度以不穿透息肉为度。刺入后留针,再以 BY-18型半导体间动电流刺激器的阴阳极夹头,分别连接于群针针体上,应用疏密波波段,调整电量达到患者鼻内出现明显刺麻感为最有效治疗量(一般以大电量为宜)。每次治疗时间为30～40分钟,一天一次(或间隔2～3天一次),连续治疗到退缩消失为止。治疗后,将针一一拔除,两侧鼻孔各用一棉球轻轻堵塞,约半小时自行取出,患者在治疗中无任何痛苦。二、治疗效果本组10例均为双侧性。女性7例,男性3例。年龄,26～45岁8例,50～56岁2例。病程6～10年4例,11～15年4例,30年2例。手术摘除7～ Our department in 1971 ~ 1979 on 10 cases of multiple operations after multiple nasal polyps using group acupuncture and anterior current therapy. 10 cases of nasal polyps were gradually smaller, retraction, the final complete elimination of the Central.
