目的研究P16蛋白及Ki67抗原在胰腺癌和壶腹癌中的表达及生物学意义.方法对30例胰腺癌和30例壶腹癌手术标本进行常规组织学处理,石蜡包埋,连续切片,HE染色确定其分化程度及有无淋巴结转移,用免疫组化SP法检测了P16蛋白和Ki67的表达情况.结果在两种肿瘤中,P16的表示缺失率分别为567%和467%,随着肿瘤的分化程度不同,其缺失率也有显著差异;Ki67在两组肿瘤中的表达率分别为500%和367%,其表达和是否有淋巴结的转移有明显的关系.两种基因的表达在两组肿瘤中均无明显统计学差异.结论检测P16蛋白和Ki67在胰腺癌和壶腹癌中的表达,可以为辅助诊断及估计预后提供帮助,但是不能用来鉴别胰腺癌还是壶腹癌
4. Objective To study the expression and biological significance of P16 protein and Ki 67 antigen in pancreatic and ampullary carcinoma. Methods 30 cases of pancreatic cancer and 30 cases of ampullary carcinoma were routinely histologically treated, paraffin-embedded and serially sectioned. HE staining was performed to determine the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis. P16 was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Protein and Ki-67 expression. Results In the two types of tumors, the deletion rate of P16 expression was 56.7% and 46.7%, respectively. With the different degree of tumor differentiation, the deletion rate was also significantly different; the expression rate of Ki-67 in the two groups of tumors. They were 500% and 367% respectively, and their expression was significantly related to the metastasis of lymph nodes. There was no significant difference in the expression of the two genes between the two groups of tumors. Conclusion The detection of P16 protein and Ki67 expression in pancreatic and ampullary carcinoma can help to diagnose and estimate the prognosis, but it can not be used to identify pancreatic cancer or ampullary carcinoma.
