目的建立富营养化水域土壤中的磷酸盐和亚磷酸盐的快速溶剂萃取-离子色谱电导检测方法。方法土壤样品经快速溶剂萃取后,过0.22μm的微孔滤膜和C_(18)预处理小柱后直接进样分析。离子色谱条件为Dionex IonPac AG23(50 mm×4 mm)阴离子保护柱和Dionex IonPac AG23(250 mm×4 mm)阴离子分析柱,以4.0 mmol/L Na2CO3,1.0 mmol/LNaHCO_3和1.5 mmol/L NaOH溶液为淋洗液,自动再生抑制电导检测器检测。结果磷酸盐的线性范围为0.03 mg/L~2.5 mg/L,r≥0.999,亚磷酸盐线性范围为0.05 mg/L~3.0 mg/L,r≥0.999,加标平均回收率为95.8%~103.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤5.0%。结论该方法操作简便、实用性强、结果可靠,适用于富营养化水域土壤中的磷酸盐和亚磷酸盐的检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid solvent extraction - ion chromatography detection method for detection of phosphate and phosphite in eutrophic soil. Methods After rapid solvent extraction, the soil samples were directly injected through 0.22μm microporous membrane and C_ (18) pretreatment cartridges. Ion chromatographic conditions were Dionex IonPac AG23 (50 mm × 4 mm) anion guard column and Dionex IonPac AG23 (250 mm × 4 mm) anion analytical column with 4.0 mmol / L Na2CO3, 1.0 mmol / L NaHCO 3 and 1.5 mmol / L NaOH solution For eluent, automatic regeneration suppression conductivity detector detection. Results The linear range of phosphate was 0.03 mg / L ~ 2.5 mg / L, r≥0.999, the linear range of phosphite was 0.05 mg / L ~ 3.0 mg / L, r≥0.999, the average recovery was 95.8% 103.7%, relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤5.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, practical, reliable and suitable for the detection of phosphate and phosphite in eutrophic soils.
